You will need to fill out our guide before we can build your site, the guide covers the following subjects:

Logo in the correct format we need

Branding- Which includes what colors you want to use

Images you want to use in the correct size and format

Content required for each page

Logins we may need, social media links if you are using email marketing company such as MailChimp, Constant Contact etc.

You will need to schedule an available day and be available all day on that day so that you may provide feedback and for our initial meeting

The guide will be available for download once you schedule your build day

• Live Chat if needed (you can chat live with your customers, we use free chat services which may be limited for what you need. If so then you can always upgrade to a paid service)

• Revision is done live while you watch
• You can follow your website being built live.
• Final testing and any final revisions are done while you watch and in real time.
• You will receive one year of theme and plugin licensing, once the year is up, you will need to renew these annually to continue to receive product support and updates from the developers. This fee is waived if you have a support plan in place.
• Launch

We ask that you schedule a day for at least 1-2 weeks out to give you time to get your content, colors and images together. If you need help with a logo, branding, copy etc., we can certainly help but note that this is an extra fee and is not part of the fee we charge for the initial website build.

Yes! You can always add more pages and more functionality in the future.

You can certainly do that, but we will not be able to build your membership site in one day.

After your site is built and ready to launch we move the site to your server (hosting provider), make sure you have your host in place before your scheduled day. If you are not sure who to use, we can provide information on the host of our choice.

La Luna Creative will be available to fix any bugs for up to 14 days after your build. Our 14-day bug fix does not include any errors you may have made on your own. If you choose to maintain the site on your own, we will provide you with training on how to maintain the site on your own.

La Luna Creative also provides website support on a monthly basis to help you maintain your site. Please contact us for details.

To secure your spot payment in full is due when you schedule your day. If you decide to cancel your one-day website build a non-refundable payment of 750 for the 5-page site and 375 for one page will apply and you will receive a refund less the 750 or 375 of which is non-refundable.  Payment plans may be able for other website builds contact us for details.

We charge a non-refundable fee simply because if you decide to cancel you took the spot of someone else who could have their website built that day. Also, it ensures our time is not wasted in preparation for your build.
